The record

A number that says how sure it is.
With a LiDAR iPhone or iPad in the room, every spot is measured in millimeters with an error bar. Without one, Constellation says so in plain words instead of guessing.

Consent per photograph
Recorded per photo, visible to the patient and revocable. A photo without consent behind it is not used.
Every access audited
Every capture, view and comparison writes to an append-only log of who, when and from where.
Encrypted, on HIPAA-eligible infrastructure
Protected health information is encrypted in transit and at rest. Business associate agreements are signed before any real patient data goes live.
The software never writes the chart
It cannot diagnose, cannot commit to the record and cannot bypass the dermatologist's sign-off.
