Help and support
What Constellation is, how to reach us, and answers to common questions.
What Constellation is
Constellation is longitudinal visual documentation for dermatology. A medical assistant captures clinical photographs during the exam; the system aligns those photographs over time and surfaces a reference layer the dermatologist may choose to consult.
Constellation supports the examination the dermatologist already performs. It surfaces, ranks, and summarizes — it does not diagnose, and every clinical decision remains with the dermatologist.

Frequently asked questions
- Does Constellation diagnose skin cancer?
- No. Constellation documents and surfaces a reference layer to support the dermatologist's examination. Diagnosis and every clinical decision remain with the dermatologist.
- How is my consent handled?
- Consent is recorded per photograph, at the time of capture, never per account. You may decline or withdraw consent for a given photo without affecting your care.
- Who can see my photographs?
- Access is restricted by role and scoped to your own practice. Every access to identifiable information is recorded in an append-only audit trail.
- How do I get a copy of my records?
- Your dermatology practice controls your health record. Contact your practice to request access to, a copy of, or a correction to your information.
